Apple Event - March 8

Today, Apple had their first event of 2022, and there was a lot of updates that happened. If you missed it and want to catch up, you're in the right place.

First, Apple TV+. Apple TV+ has been something my whole family has enjoyed, from my parents watching Ted Lasso and Home. Some new movies and shows are coming soon like Cha Cha Real Smooth and The Tragedy of MacBeth. Friday night MLB baseball is also coming to Apple TV+.

Next, iPhone. A new color has come to the iPhone 12, Alpine Green (available on 3.11). iPhone SE, A15 Bionic, 5G, $429.

iPad. New iPad Air with Apple's M1 chip for extreme performance, 12MP Ultra-wide front facing camera with center stage, 5G, $599

Mac. The all new Mac Studio delivers insane performance with the all new M1 Ultra, "The incredible M1 Ultra chip actually starts with M1 Max. From its inception, M1 Max has held the ability to connect to another M1 Max die using a custom-built packaging architecture called UltraFusion. With twice the connection density of any technology available, UltraFusion provides a massive 2.5TB/s of low-latency interprocessor bandwidth between the two dies using very little power.

The final member of the M1 family, M1 Ultra joins two M1 Max dies — yet it looks like a single piece of silicon to software, so apps benefit from its extraordinary capabilities without requiring any additional work from developers. The result is the most powerful chip ever in a personal computer." $1999 (taken from apple.com) The all new Studio Display, High-fidelity audio, 12MP Ultra-wide front facing camera with center stage, 27in, 14.7 million pixels, 5K, 1 Billon colors, $1599.

That pretty much wraps it up for this post. Thanks for reading!

Video: Frame Rate and Shutter Speed

Today, we will be talking about f rame rate and shutter speed. Frame rate: The frequency at which frames in a television picture, film, or video sequence are displayed.  Shutter Speed: T he time for which a shutter is open at a given setting.      First, we will be talking about frame rate. the abbreviation for frame rate is FPS or Frames Per Second. Frame rate is basically how many pictures (or still frames) your camera is taking in a second. 23.976 or 24 FPS is what almost all movies and TV shows are filmed. 23.976 or 24 FPS is also the most cinematic. Most YouTube videos you watch are about 30 or 60 FPS. What's the difference? The difference is how the image looks. T he main difference between each being the number of frames captured per second, the higher the frame rate, the slower the video is. The Slow Mo Guys have an awesome YouTube channel and all they do is... you guessed it, Slow Mo. But, if I'm shooting in 24 FPS, my video will be faster? No, it will be the sam
